These terms govern your use of the Brightspin website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products and pricing

We describe products accurately. Specifications marked as supplier-declared are the manufacturer's stated figures and are labelled as such until we have tested them ourselves. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. We may correct pricing or listing errors before an order is accepted.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues or suspected fraud, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

4. Cancellation and returns

Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out on our Returns & Refunds page and are not affected by these terms.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
