Where we ship: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside the UK at the moment.

Cost: free tracked delivery on every order.

How it is sent: your order is dispatched from UK stock held by our fulfilment partner, so it never crosses a border and there is no customs wait. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same or next working day.

Delivery time: typically 2–3 working days after dispatch, by a tracked UK courier service. Your tracking link is emailed to you as soon as it is available.

Problems: if tracking shows no movement for 5 working days, email us and we will chase the courier or send a replacement.
