Frequently asked questions

Does it actually remove soap scum and grime?

Yes, used with your normal bathroom or kitchen cleaner. Spray, wait a minute, then let the spinning head do the work. Heavy limescale still needs a descaler first; the scrubber then removes the loosened residue.

Is it powerful enough?

It has two speed settings (approximately 300 and 400 rpm as declared by the supplier). The technique that matters is not pressing hard: light contact lets the bristles work and keeps the head at full speed.

How long does the battery last?

The supplier declares a 2000 mAh battery giving roughly 30–50 minutes per charge, and about 3 hours to charge fully by USB-C. We have not yet independently measured this and will publish our own figures when we have. Charge it fully before first use.

Can I use it in the shower while it is wet?

The body is sealed for use in wet bathrooms. Do not submerge it and do not charge it while wet.

Which head do I use for what?

Disc and short-bristle brushes for tiles and the bath; pointed and small round brushes for grout lines, corners and taps; sponge and flannel heads for glass and worktops; the coarse fibre brush for stubborn build-up on cooker tops and oven doors.

Will it scratch my bath or shower screen?

The soft brushes and sponge heads are intended for enamel, acrylic, ceramic and glass. Test the coarse brush on a hidden spot first and avoid unsealed wood or high-gloss painted finishes.

Where do you ship from and how fast?

From UK stock held by our fulfilment partner, by a tracked UK courier, free. Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch. You get a tracking link by email.

What if I change my mind?

Return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless.
