We want you to be happy with your Cloudwash purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and be refunded.

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email alihyder0406@gmail.com with your order number.

Hygiene items — please read before opening

Cloudwash is a facial skincare tool that touches your skin, so for hygiene and health protection reasons we cannot accept the return of an item once its packaging has been opened or the product has been used, unless it is faulty. This does not affect your legal right to cancel your order before the item is used.

Faulty or damaged items

If your Cloudwash brush arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. Email alihyder0406@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How to return an unopened item

Email alihyder0406@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
